What do I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable clothing that will allow us to access the part of the body that is being treated.

Do I have to go to the particular physical therapy clinic that the prescription is written on?

No. The prescription is good at any outpatient physical therapy clinic. Just make sure the clinic participates with your insurance.

How long will my appointment take?

Approximately one hour

    How do I know if my insurance will cover physical therapy?

    You will need to call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask the representative if physical therapy is a covered benefit. This is also done by our Office Manager and she will give you this information within your first few visits.

    Can I bring children to my PT appointment?

    Yes. The parent is responsible for the child and can't be disruptive to our other patients in the clinic. Please provide "entertainment" for your child.'

    Can I get on a payment plan for my deductible and/or co-pays due?

    Yes. We can work out a payment plan that will work with your budget.

    What is the Medicare Cap?

    This annual cap limits the amount of outpatient physical therapy to approximately 20 visits per year.
