About Us

Link Dephouse, MHSPT/owner is a physical therapist and owner of Great Lakes Physical Therapy. He got his Masters Degree in PT from the Medical University of South Carolina in May, 1999. He then moved to Salt Lake City, UT and practiced in Park City working with recreation and Olympic-caliber athletes. He has been practicing PT in West Michigan since 2003 and has advanced certifications in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and TMJ dysfunctions. He also has extensive experience in treating patients with knee and shoulder injuries. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1996 and a member of the Orthopedic Section of the APTA since 1999.

Whitney Abraham, LPTA graduated from Baker College July 2010 with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Physical Therapy. She worked in an outpatient clinic in Ohio for 1 year gaining experience in manual techniques and aquatic therapy. She moved to Grand Haven in 2011 and began working at an inpatient setting specializing in geriatric rehabilitation. She started here at Great Lakes Physical Therapy April 2013 and is thrilled to be back in an outpatient setting. She is currently gaining knowledge in different areas of PT in hopes of specializing in a specific area of orthopedic rehabilitation. Whitney enjoys doing anything active, like running, golf, tennis and crafting.

Kris Albanesi, Office Manager/Medical Assistant is our office manager and financial coordinator. She is a Certified Medical Assistant that has worked in the physical therapy field since 1993. She is very knowledgeable in insurance billing and has had many years of experience in all aspects of office management. She enjoys many outdoor activities, running, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
